I believe this is an essential course for the serious translator. The course is: comprehensive. It covers all aspect of translating official documents a translator needs to know Practical: it offers practical assistance in dealing with common translating challenges Empowering: I feel empowered and more confident translating official documents now. I cannot help but draw a comparison between this course and several other professional development courses that I have done in the past. This course is designed to empower translators rather than making them feel inadequate. It does offer new information rather than rehashed, regurgitated knowledge. The trainers deliver on their promise. I attended a workshop on 'Accuracy' a while ago where 'Accuracy' was not actually discussed! I would like to thank and acknowledge the trainer for being so thorough in their research and so generous in parting with their knowledge. I look forward to learning more from them.
