Course Development Consultant

Ali Darwish

Ali Darwish is a Business Process Management Consultant, with more 35 years of commercial experience in the UK, USA, and Australia. With a PhD from Queensland University of Technology in Communication and a master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Management from University of Canberra, Ali has worked as a BPM and KM Consultant for large organizations in Australia in public and private sectors and various industries since 1996. He has developed and applied business process management methodologies and standards for industry leading corporations, and has taken an active role in process mapping and modelling projects. Ali has taught at Australian and American universities for 15 years and has written extensively and published many books including Business Process Mapping: A Guide to Best Practice (2011). Ali is also the recipient of the VMC Award for Excellence in Service Delivery - Education, 2009.
